Berinor BV, a company owned by Peter Lindell, has on 17 September 2009 sold SDRs in Unibet Group plc. As a result of the disposal the number of voting rights held by Peter Lindell has fallen below 5 per cent of the total voting rights in Unibet Group plc. After the transaction Berinor BV holds 1,118,570 voting rights, corresponding to 3.96 per cent of the total voting rights in Unibet Group plc.
