In connection with a Scheme of Arrangement dated 19 September 2006 made between Unibet Group plc and its shareholders, notice is hereby given that New Unibet Group plc (to be renamed Unibet Group plc) ("New Unibet") has today published a prospectus, approved by Finansinspektionen.
This prospectus has been published by New Unibet in connection with the admission to trading of Swedish Depositary Receipts over ordinary shares in New Unibet to the Nordic List of Stockholmsbörsen.
